Our 30-Day Return Policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:

• It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
• It must be in its original packaging.
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning their items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return makes it back to us safely.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you accidentally received the wrong treasure, let us know immediately! Contact us at support@ohethno.com with your order number and a photo so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Of course, if the mistake was on our end (for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the return shipping cost is on us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send it back.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items A few items are not able to be returned:

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get the piece you love is to start a return for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your new treasure quickly without waiting!

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For our friends in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The conditions for the item are the same as above: it must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

 

The Refund Process Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-10 business days. Please remember it can take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end.
