Order Processing Time
Remember, every single one of our pieces is handcrafted with love and care by our artisan team. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to get your order packed and ready for its adventure. This is our magic-making time!

We ship out orders on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our rates are based on the total weight of your package.

 

Estimated Shipping Times Once your package begins its adventure, here's a guide to how long its journey will take. These are estimates and can vary based on your exact location and local postal services.

• USA, UK & Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
• Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 12-17 business days
• Europe & North America (excl. USA): 12-28 business days
• Latin America & The Caribbean: 2-4 weeks
• North Africa & The Middle East: 2-5 weeks

Express Shipping Need it faster? We offer an Express Mail Service which typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive at your door. To ensure a smooth and speedy delivery, a valid phone number is required at checkout for this service.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. It's the best way to watch your new piece make its way to you!

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
This is an important one for our global tribe! It really depends on where you are in the world, as customs policies vary widely. Here is a general guide based on what we see most often:

• United States: Good news! For orders under $800 USD, the price you see at checkout is the final price. You won't have to pay any additional customs fees or taxes.
• UK & Europe: You will likely be responsible for paying VAT (Value Added Tax), which is usually around 20% of your total order value. This is a standard tax charged by your government.
• Australia & New Zealand: Similar to the EU, you will likely need to pay a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of about 10% to your government upon import.

Please Note: ohethno ships from our studio in Thailand. These taxes are set and collected by your country's customs office, and they are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, and they are not included in our prices. For the most accurate information, we always recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Damages
While we pack every order with love, sometimes the journey can get a little bumpy. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ohethno.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our absolute best to make things right.

My order says delivered, but I don't have it.
Sometimes, shipping carriers mark a package as delivered a bit too early. Please allow 1-2 business days for it to truly show up. We also recommend checking with your neighbors, your building manager, or your local post office. If it still hasn't arrived after a couple of days, please reach out to us and we'll help you investigate!
